Store in Focus: Funky Plum Vintage

Everybody should know by now that I'm a proud Southern girl (except, maybe, when Chris Carrabba comes to town and decides to have all of his events in the North... *ahem*)

But anyway, one of the many wonderful things to be proud of in the South is this wonderful store right here: Funky Plum Vintage.

Funky Plum Vintage is located on the 2nd Floor of BF Homes, Paranaque's Pergola Mall (where Robinson's is).

Right from the start, Funky Plum is sure to win your heart over - with its cool store name and its beautiful vintage store displays.

However, unlike other stores with cool names and pretty store displays, Funky Plum is completely different - in a good way. This specialty store promises to lavish its customers with a very personalized boutique-type service - and they really do.

I have met the owner of Funky Plum, Ms Sheila Amora, many times now and she isn't just incredibly beautiful and friendly, but she really knows what she's talking about when it comes to fashion and looking good.

In fact, just a couple of days ago, she helped fellow blogger Keigh Jalbuena find the perfect dress for her to wear on her graduation day (which is on the 23rd of this month - haha. Plug! :) - and she did this in under five minutes! I kid you not!

So, in a way, Funky Plum can give you a personal shopping experience for any occasion and they will always make sure that you reach your full potential in the end, no matter what age, shape or size you might be, as well.

The best part is that Funky Plum's store inventory consists of one-of-a-kind designer stock lots, ranging from Dianne von Furstenberg and Marc Jacobs to Kenneth Cole and Mango. They also create personalized designs from casual to formal wear, including bridal and prom gowns.

They also have one-of-a-kind accessories that are specially and exclusively designed and created for Funky Plum Vintage. These accessories are created by an artisan who works with brass and copper hardware and semi-precious stones.

Although Funky Plum lavishes a lot of attention to detail and keeps everything in their store unique, their greatest fulfillment at the end of the day itself is still pretty simple: all they really want is to see every woman leave their store with a smile on their face. :)

So, what are you waiting for? Take a trip to the South and visit Funky Plum Vintage sometime. Until then, you can follow them on Twitterlike their Facebook page, and look forward to the Funky Plum blogger's event and my Funky Plum giveaway, too! More on that in the days to come! :)
