Bioessence: 17 and Loving It!

Who hasn't heard of Bioessence?

I remember the very first time I heard about Bioessence was when I moved here and asked my sister-in-law for spa recommendations. She kept raving and raving about their services in Davao, but until yesterday, I hadn't actually tried any of their services myself.

Suffice to say, I'm so glad I did. Thanks to Ava of Artsy Fartsy Ava, I was able to attend the Bioessence Bloggers' Event yesterday in their Greenhills Connecticut branch. And, as always, I was early.

The perks of being early during this event, though, was that I was able to get my 15 minutes back massage and my facial before everybody else and was even able to extend my back massage to a full 30 minutes. MUCH. NEEDED.

Ruth was so kind, funny and accommodating.

She even took my picture while I was getting my chair back massage! Haha. (This is the only picture of me in this post because I had to get rid of my makeup for the facial afterwards. What is vanity!)

The facilities were very comfortable and relaxing at Bioessence Connecticut, but none of us fell asleep because they played Waka Waka on repeat to go with their awesome and unforgettable jungle safari theme for the day.

I love how they were all decked out for the theme!

The atmosphere in the spa was awesome!

This time for Africa!

The ever-fashionably-late bloggers, Ava and Ana of The Fashionista Commuter.
We all got rained on/lost/stressed out that day because we couldn't find the venue, but Bioessence helped us all feel much better in the end. Ava even won an L-Glutathione gift pack in the raffle!

I also met new blogger friends there who kept me company. :)

Basically, they stuck nail art stickers (from Bangkok, no less!) to our nails.

Afterwards, they cut it and put on a top coat. All done!
Those are Ana's nails above!

And here are Ava's nails!

Ana's new teardrop necklace now available at Anagon Collection! :)

Bioessence is one of the leaders of beauty and wellness in the Philippines today and this month, they are celebrating 17 whole years of making Filipinas' bodies, skin and lives more beautiful.

The incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating staff at the Biossence Greenhills Connecticut branch.
Thank you, Miss Rachel Posas, managing director, for having me! :)

Want to try out their services yourself, but aren't willing to commit to spending too much money on them just yet? Then it's your lucky week! To celebrate their anniversary, Bioessence is offering a 50% discount on premium services until October 30, 2011. Plus, you will get a chance to win jewelry, designer bags and other items if you go.

It gets better! Like we did, you can get a guided tour of all of their facilities beforehand and learn more about their services. They also serve refreshments and will give free consultations upon your request.

So, what are you waiting for? Get some much-needed me-time at one of the following Bioessence branches today: SM Southmall, Greenbelt, Las Pinas, West Avenue, or Greenhills.

After the relaxing day that I had there and after getting to know their friendly staff members, I will make sure to visit Bioessence more often now, too. Good thing I got these:

Queen of Sheba's milk bath, here I come! :)

Happy birthday, Bioessence, and thank you very much for having me! :)

You can follow Bioessence on Twitter and like their Facebook page today for more updates on their latest services and promos.

P.S. Here are some more photos, courtesy of Raph Hilario - thank you, handsome! :)
